Most clients start weekly or bi-weekly, then adjust over time. We’ll find a pace that works for you.

Yes. You’re always welcome to invite a support person if it feels helpful to your work in therapy. This is usually done occasionally; if you’re looking for ongoing couples work, we may talk about adding a couples therapist. It’s very common to have both an individual therapist and a couples therapist at the same time, since each supports you in different ways.

We verify your insurance benefits before we begin and provide an estimated cost of sessions. After each appointment, insurance is billed and any copay or balance is charged to the secure card you keep on file (credit/debit or HSA/FSA). Because coverage can vary, I also recommend checking with your insurance provider so you understand your specific benefits.

Absolutely - you’re welcome to email, text, or call for scheduling or brief questions. If you feel you need to be seen sooner, also definitely reach out. For urgent or crisis support, call 988 or go to the nearest emergency room, as I don’t provide 24-hour services.
