Hi! I’m Michelle.
Life can feel heavy, especially when you're holding it together for everyone else. You may appear capable and steady on the outside while internally feeling anxious, sad, overwhelmed or stuck. I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can slow down and make sense of what you're carrying, and reconnect with what matters to you.
I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people through many different seasons of life during my work in schools, domestic violence programs, child welfare, outpatient mental health clinics, and private practice. Each experience strengthened my belief in the power of healing through connection.
I help with navigating anxiety and mood concerns, trauma, relationship conflict, stress, and grief and loss. My approach is strengths-based and insight-oriented. We gently explore patterns that no longer serve you while building strategies that align with your values.
In therapy, I meet you exactly where you are. Share as much or as little as you’re ready for. You can swear, cry, laugh, or just be quiet - I’m here for all of it.
